Reservation Policy:

• Reservation to be confirmed in writing with a Credit Card number and expiry date.
• A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation.
• Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: forfeit in full deposit
• Cancellation from 31 days to 40 days:  forfeit 25% of the deposit

No Show

• In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.

Early Departure

• Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for. Refunds of any monies are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s.

Child Policy

• Lovane specialises in conferences for business people and therefore children under 12 are unfortunately not allowed.
