Lovane Boutique Wine Estate’s first Isivuno “harvest” was in 2006, after establishing new vines on the virgin soil. The grapes were hand-picked and sorted to ensure the best quality. This is an intense, full-bodied and well structured wine with flavours of blackcurrants, cedarwood and smoky cashews.
IN THE CELLAR
Three different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon were seperately fermented and matured in french oak barrels for 22 months.
Can be enjoyed with red meat and pork.
